Critter Tough® brand soffit vents are made of a durable, perforated, flat steel material that is specifically designed to keep animals like squirrels, raccoons, feral cats, opossums, mice, rats, reptiles, and flying stinging insects out of the attic space. They can be installed on new construction or they can be installed over your existing wooden soffit vents as a soffit vent guard or a replacement soffit vent.

Once installed, our Critter Tough® brand soffit vents allow adequate air flow through the soffit vent while keeping critters out.

Warranty Information:

Critter Tough® brand soffit vents have a non-transferable lifetime manufacturer warranty.

Installation Instructions:

1. Apply a ¼” bead of clear solar seal all the way around the vent about a ½” away from the outside perimeter of the vent prior to installation.
2. Apply using a 1 ½” gasketed, self piercing, pole barn type screw.
3. If installation instructions are not followed correctly, the warranty will be voided.
