We have tried all types of replacement soffit vents over the years and it seems as though no matter what we installed, we would get call backs to take care of the same problems. Simply put, wildlife like raccoons and squirrels would just rip through the soffit vents that were installed.

We started a journey to find a soffit vent material that provided a permanent solution with a lifetime warranty that keeps animals out. Installation Instructions:

You will need:

Ladder, drill, clear solar seal, caulking gun, 1/4" drive magnetic nut driver, #10 pole barn screws (1 1/2")

1. Apply a ¼” bead of clear solar seal all the way around the vent about a ½” away from the outside perimeter of the vent prior to installation.
2. Apply using a 1 ½” gasketed, self piercing, pole barn type screw.
3. If installation instructions are not followed correctly, the warranty will be voided.
