At Skunk Bait Wildlife Control LLC, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, quickly, and affordably. We proudly ship all Critter Tough™ wildlife-proofing products and other items from our Oklahoma facility to customers throughout the United States.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Custom Orders may take 5-10 business days to process.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom orders or bulk shipments may require additional processing time. If so, we will contact you directly with an estimated ship date.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery
- We primarily use USPS for standard and priority shipping.
- Larger or heavier items may be shipped via UPS, Freight, or FedEx at our discretion.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If a tracking number has not been issued please contact us directly.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or orders over a specific amount (as displayed on the website).
- Local pickup or delivery options may be available in the Oklahoma City metro area, including Edmond, Guthrie, and surrounding areas—contact us directly to arrange this.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skunk Bait Wildlife Control LLC is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide your order number, photos of the packaging and product (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
 We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the situation and either replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries or bulk export requests, please contact us directly.

Shipping for service-related materials (such as traps, equipment, or maintenance supplies) is coordinated directly with clients. Delivery times and costs vary by project and service location.
