Camera Monitoring Services

• $150.00/Week (camera and video monitoring allows us to determine your wildlife problem).

Ground Trapping Services

Terms and Conditions:
This agreement is between Skunk Bait Wildlife Control LLC and the client. This agreement covers the initial inspection, setup and placement of up to four traps with daily service calls to monitor activity, bait and service traps as needed for 5 business days.

Services are based on a documented nuisance wildlife complaint and will be conducted Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Skunk Bait Wildlife Control LLC (SBWC) is not liable for any damages caused by trapped wildlife. SBWC will service traps daily and must be notified by 10 AM of any captures. Trapping will pause for observed holidays and resume on the next business day. You are paying for the service, not the animal removal.

• Service Call For Animals Already Caught In A Personal Trap: (Prices Start At $150.00 And Go Up From There If You Need Your Trap Returned).

• Ground Trapping Service Pricing: Starting at $750.00 on a per-occurrence basis for each individual property.

Full Home Exclusion Services

• Pricing: Starting at $1 per square foot.
  This service prevents animals from re-entering your home by sealing up to three entry points. The price includes animal removal without trapping and comes with a 100% animal removal guarantee. Additional entry points will require a custom estimate.

Exclusion Setup with Camera Monitoring (Includes One Access Point Seal Up)

• Pricing: Starting at $650 (for properties under 2,000 sq. ft.).
  Includes camera monitoring to track animal behavior and confirm when it is safe to seal entry point. The service duration is five business days but may extend as needed.

Exclusion Setup with Trapping Services (One Access Point)

• Pricing: Starting at $650 (for properties under 2,000 sq. ft.).
  Combines exclusion services with trapping, including daily monitoring for five business days.

Initial Setup (Under 1 Acre)

• Pricing: $350
  Covers setup, trap placement, and weekly trap checks for one month. Client is not liable for damages caused by trapped wildlife.

Initial Setup (1-5 Acres)

• Pricing: $450
  Includes the same services as above, for properties between 1-5 acres.

Initial Setup (5-10 Acres)

• Pricing: $650
  For larger properties, this plan includes setup, trap placement, and weekly monitoring for one month.

We are not equipped to handle animals over 300lbs.

Annual Beaver Trapping Services

• Pricing: $2,500 (Guthrie & Edmond only)

Dig Barrier Installation Services

• Pricing: Starting at $20.00 per linear foot. Dig barriers are designed to stop animals from digging under fences, decks, storage buildings, HVAC systems, driveways, sidewalks, foundations, and other structures.

Insulation Services

• Pricing: Starting at $1,200
  Includes adding loose-fill fiberglass or cellulose insulation to meet OERB recommended R-value (R30-R38). Installation typically takes 1-2 days.

Fence Installation & Repair

• Pricing: Starting at $750 (plus materials)

Gutter Cleaning & Gutter Guard Installation

• Pricing: Cleaning services start at $750, gutter guard installation starts at $5/sq ft (plus materials).

Deck Installation & Repair

• Pricing: Assessment required for an estimate.

Soffit Replacement & Repair Services

• Pricing: Starting at $750

Animal-Proof Soffit Vent Sales & Installation

• Pricing: Critter Tough animal proof soffit vents start at $22.50 each and come in 3 color options (white, desert tan, and beige) and they come in 2 stock sizes (4.5 x 16, or 8 x 16). We provide sales and installation services for these soffit vent guards as well. if you need us to install your soffit vents, please let us know. We charge $20/soffit vent to install them.
